*We sometimes delivery order separately due to the shipping date and warehouse situation etc., so please check whether your order is partial shipment.
You can check the shipping status through following 4 pages.
1) Click "My Account"
2) Check the Status in My Orders
3) Select the order that you want to track in "My Orders" and click "View Order"
4. Check the items in "Order Shipments"

2. Check the Status in My Orders
If the status is "Processing", it means your order has not been all shipped yet.
3. Select the order that you want to track in "My Orders" and click "View Order"
4. Check the items in "Order Shipments"
If your missing items are not in "Order Shipments", it means we ship later and separately.
