1. Coupon
▸Save more when you buy on MonotaRO with special coupon codes.
▸You can redeem them at checkout by entering the code in the voucher code box in your coupon page.
▸One coupon may be used in a single transaction.
▸Coupon (s) are non-transferable, non-refundable or exchangeable for cash and any unused balance will not be refunded
▸Coupon(s) cannot be replaced if lost, defaced, damaged, stolen, expired and/or voided.
▸Coupon(s) cannot be used after the order is canceled.
▸Defaced, damaged or expired vouchers will not be accepted at the participating merchants, and the voucher will be considered null and void.
▸Valid on all occasions including Public Holiday, eve of Public Holiday and other promotional periods.
2. Note
▸All coupon codes can only be used ONCE in successful transactions. Please note that if you return a purchased item, the coupon used for that purchase will be used and cannot be reused
▸If the coupon is lost, it will not be refunded or reissued.
▸coupon cannot be used to pay for orders that have already been confirmed. Please enter the coupon code when placing an order.

▸Open "Apply Discount Code" at the bottom left of the Shipping Cart screen.
▸Enter your coupon number
▸Click the "Apply Discount" button
▸The coupon discount will be reflected in the Order Summary
4. Coupon Error
▸When an error occurs, it would be

・Not meet the conditions
